Question 1

Which error correction level should I pick?

Accepted Answer

M is fine for screens. For print — especially if you overlay a logo or the surface may get scratched — pick H: it stays readable with up to 30% damage. Higher levels make the code denser.

Question 2

Why won't my code scan?

Accepted Answer

Three usual causes: the quiet zone got cropped, there's too little contrast between dark and light, or the colors are inverted. Most scanners expect dark modules on a light background.
